Term and Conditions

Myhomis is a brand of DFI Partners, DFI Partners is a real estate company specialized in furnished rentals. We do transactions and home management for short term and long term rentals. Our job is to help people finding the right apartment for their stay in Paris. We also help owners in managing their apartments. Here is the process to book an apartment with MyHomis.

BOOKING PROCESS

25% of the rent has to be sent in advance
The agency fee has to be sent in advance ).
The balance of the rent will be paid upon your arrival as well the security deposit

Agency fee (V.A.T. Included)

From 3 days to 30 days 24% of the rental period
From 30 days to 90 days 18% of the rental period

For more than 90 days. 14% of the rental period

Security Deposit

The Security Deposit is given to the owner or his caretaker upon your arrival at the apartment. The security deposit is, of course, returned to you at the end of your stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in clean condition.

Up to 30 days rental: the security deposit is equal to the rent
For more than 30 days: the security deposit is equal to 1 month rent

Payment of the agency fee

We accept payment by:

Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) (There is 1,5% bank fee to add on the bill).
From your paypal account to our Paypal accoyunt (No additionnal fees)

From credit card to our Paypal account (5% Paypal Fee)
Wire transfer (15 euro bank fee to add on the bill)
Travellers checks (in euro)
Only french check
Cash


Payment of the security deposit & rent

Rent: The rent can be paid by : wire, check in euro, Cash, Traveller's Check, and Sometimes Credit Card.

Security Deposit: The security Deposit can be paid by wire, check, Traveller's Check, cash and Sometimes Credit Card.

  • Additional Charges

  • Telephone: Telephone is never included in the rental price. Telephone calls must be paid according to the usage.

    Electricity and gas

    Weekly rentals: Electricity and gas are included in the rent.
    Monthly rentals: Electricity, gas and telephone are not included in the rent.

  • Arrival

  • Someone will be at the apartment to welcome you (Owner or representative person of the owner). To give you the best service you deserve, we invite you to give us the approximate time you will be at the apartment, by sending your flight schedule or train schedule.

  • Departure

  • Someone will be there at your departure. (Owner or representative person of the owner). We ask you to call the owner or Myhomis minimum 3 days in advance, to organize an appointment with you.

    CANCELLATION POLICY AND INSURANCE

    Here is our cancellation policy:

  • For rentals less than 90 days.

  • With Myhomis you may take out cancellation insurance with the company ADAR. Cancellation insurance allows you to be reimbursed for the portion of your stay that is not used in the event of cancellation or interruption. You are also benefiting from rental risk insurance which is MANDATORY in France for damages caused by fire, explosion or water.

  • For rentals more than 90 days.

  • The tenant shall be refunded a sum corresponding to 50% of the amount of the agency fee, only if Myhomis finds new tenants for the same period and only if the cancellation is done before taking possession of the premises.

    The tenant must take out a tenant's risks insurance policy, which is MANDATORY in France, to be covered in the event of damage caused by a fire, an explosion or water damage. Myhomis can propose an insurance policy carriers, however the tenant is free to select the policy of his/her choice. He/she must be in a position to prove its existence on simple request by the lessor.
