This 25m² design studio is located in the 12th arrondissement a few step away from the Coulée vertes with its trendy design shop and art gallery. Very close from the Gare the Lyon, that allows to travel easily to Paris and for accessing to the South of France.

Living room

The very well aranged living room has two windows that opens onto a small pedestrian street. It is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a sideboard with a cable TV, a desk and shelves. There is also a folding table with its matching chairs.

Bedroom

The mezzanine bedroom is accessible by the living area by a scale. It has a double size mattress and lamps.

Kitchen

The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a fan, a microwave/grill oven, a small coffee machine & a toaster.

Bathroom

The design bathroom is fitted with a shower cabin, a washbasin, a toilette and a combo washing machine / dryer.

Hallway

The hallway that links the entrance door to the bathroom and the living area has shelbes.
