Large Studio with 2 terrasses

This large studio is located on the 5th floor of a modern building next to Republique and père Lachaise. It has 2 terrace without vis-a-vis. One is driving to the living room, the other to the kitchen. We just finished the renovation and just put the new furnitures. There is a double size bed, a double size sofa bed, a dinning table but also a whasingmachine, a dishwasher and all the usafull kitchen equipment. NB: We were still waiting for the sofabed when we took pictures. The apartment have cable TV, internet Acces, wifi and all the equipment you may need. The bathroom have a bathtube. The rent is including all charges except Electricity and gaz.

Living room

This large living room is separate in two area. You will enter the apartmentby a hallway driving on your right to the bathroom and the kitchen and on your left to the living room. You enter this living room by the dining area furnished with a table and 4 chairs. Then you have the living area with a sofa and a flat TV. And finally the bedroom area with a double size bed.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully furnished with all the equipment you may need. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, oven/microwave and so on ... It has his own terrasse.

Bathroom

The bathroom have a bathtube.
